What we do

Monthly Bookkeeping

Bookkeeping is recording of financial transactions for a business or individual. It includes the bank reconciliation, source document allocation and financial operations of an entity.

 

Payroll

The compensation an employer must pay to the employees in its employment

On the agreed upon date (either verbally or written in the employment contract)

Usually managed by Human Resource department or bookkeeper

Includes available leave and compensation breakdowns

Also assists in the payment of PAYE and other employee taxes such as UIF

The payroll of a business is the system that is used to manage all of these “moving parts”

PAYE

Any employer who is a resident of South-Africa and who pays (or is liable to pay) remuneration to an employee must deduct employees’ tax from the remuneration paid and pay it over to the Commissioner monthly. This is known as PAYE.

 

VAT & INCOME TAX Calculations

VAT is a form of indirect TAX with the total of the direct cost being borne by the final consumer. Output VAT is levied at 15% on the supply of goods and services by a registered VAT Vendor. In certain cases a VAT Vendor may claim the VAT it paid from SARS in the form of Input VAT.

Our teams consist of BCom Qualified individuals and students that are busy with their BCom Management Accounting degree.
